Zest Education are currently recruiting for a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Coleshill.
This role is ideal for an experienced teaching assistant who wants to make a lasting impact in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
– Provide support to individuals and small groups
– Help create a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere
– Work collaboratively with staff to promote pupil progress
Requirements:
– Level 3 qualification or equivalent
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A positive and enthusiastic approach
– Previous experience in a primary school setting
