Teaching Assistant – Rugeley
Zest Education are recruiting for a highly regarded special educational needs school in Rugeley who are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work across a range of year groups. This role is to start ASAP on a full-time basis. The school is in a great location and is easily accessible by private or public transport.
The school caters for children from the age of five to thirteen with severe and complex learning difficulties. The ideal candidate must be passionate about working with students with special educational needs and have previous experience of working in a special school or similar environment.
The school supports training and development for all of its staff and is continually looking for strong team players to join their team. The successful candidate must be engaging, reliable individual who is able to work well on a 1:1 basis and in small groups of children. You will also need to be confident, enthusiastic and be able to identify and engage with different learning needs and be a passionate individual to engage, lead and inspire students.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
