Zest Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and work with KS2 children in a primary school setting located in Burntwood. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners and contribute to their academic and personal development.
Responsibilities:
– Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
– Supporting and supervising students in their learning activities
– Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance
– Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of students
Requirements:
– Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
– Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and teaching methods
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– A genuine passion for education and supporting student development
