About the Role

As the Year 5 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for a vibrant and motivated class. Your duties will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Creating differentiated resources to support all abilities
• Monitoring pupil progress and preparing detailed reports
• Ensuring safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
• Collaborating with colleagues and the Senior Leadership Team
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers
