Location: Hednesford, Staffordshire

Contract: Ongoing – Until the end of the academic year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We’re seeking a passionate and motivated ECT Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Hednesford.

🔍 About the Role:

As an ECT Teacher in this nurturing SEN setting, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire and support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including autism (ASC), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD).

You will work closely with a skilled and experienced team of teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to ensure every child achieves their full potential. This role offers excellent professional development and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a specialist educational environment.

✅ Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it as an ECT.

  • A genuine passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • A proactive and flexible attitude.

  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
