Teaching Assistant
Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a special educational needs school in Rugeley.
This full-time position is set to commence in January 2026, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30-15:30.

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in supporting and assisting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide support across various classes, including working on a 1:1 basis with specific students or small groups as needed.
– Work under the guidance of the class teacher to facilitate student learning and engagement.
– Demonstrate experience in supporting individuals with SEND.
– Show a genuine passion for establishing trusting relationships with students to help them overcome learning challenges.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
