Computer Science Teacher

Job Description

Are you a committed Computer Science Teacher with excellent knowledge of the curriculum and the ever-changing world of technology? A school in the Solihull area are looking for a dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join their team full-time in April 2026. You will have the opportunity to inspire young minds and shape the future generation of tech-savvy individuals.

The school is vibrant and diverse, with excellent facilities for you to utilise in order to teach engaging lessons. With recent updates to the computer suites and a growing department, you will be given the necessary structures to thrive in a fast-paced, exciting secondary school. Key responsibilities:
– Plan and teach engaging lessons that motivate the students in your subject and cater to the needs of diverse learners
– Mark and assess students work and track student progression
– Have excellent curriculum knowledge that continues to develop with the advances in the subject
– Have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

We are looking for someone with a passion for Computer Science and a commitment to ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
