✨ About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher and helping children reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing supportive, engaging assistance to small groups of SEN pupils

Helping create an inclusive, positive classroom environment

Supporting the class teacher with tailored learning activities and resources

Assisting children with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction

Encouraging independence, confidence, and participation

Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN specialists, and support staff

Experience in SEN education is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
