Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting for a Full‑Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a warm, community‑focused primary school located in a popular residential area of Tamworth. This role begins after Easter and offers the exciting potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic HLTA who can support teaching and learning across year groups You will work closely with teachers to deliver high‑quality learning experiences, lead small groups, and provide occasional whole‑class cover.

  • Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
  • Location: Primary school in Tamworth
  • Start Date: After Easter
  • Hours: Full time, 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Contract: Long‑term with potential to become permanent
  • Requirements:
    • HLTA qualification (essential)
    • Strong commitment to a full‑time role
    • Experience across primary year groups is beneficial
