Zest Education are working closely with a school in Solihull to recruit a full time Y4 class teacher to join their team from September 2023. The position will be long-term, until the end of the academic year, and will be working on a job share basis (0.5 contract).
The position will benefit a passionate and creative teacher who can thrive as part of a team and quickly build good rapport with pupils and colleagues. The role will require someone who can quickly identify individual learning needs and adapt to the children accordingly. You will understand the importance of learning life skills from an early age and be able to uphold and contribute to the schools ethos of inclusion and equality for all.
