Zest Education are currently recruiting for a History Teacher for January 2023 in a secondary school that we work with in the Yardley area. The school are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated teacher of history who is ideally looking for a long-term or permanent role. The school aim to give all students every opportunity to maximise their full potential through a wide range of activities, enabling them to be successful members of society.
The History curriculum is carefully sequenced to give students a broad understanding of the chronological development of British history, as well as being able to make links to other societies, cultures and world events.
The successful candidate will have:
Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
Rate of pay will vary dependant on experience, ranging from £143-£189 a day.
