Zest Education is working with a secondary school based in Tamworth who need a full time ICT teacher to start in October 2023.

About the school

The school has a growing reputation and caters to a broad range of students. Ideally the successful candidate will have the ability to work well with others and be a team player which is vital to the successful running of the school. The school pride themselves on creativity and hard work so the ability to be committed to delivering engaging lessons is crucial.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded then a QTS or QTLS
  • A strong passion for ICT and excellent subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
  • The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality, engaging lessons.
  • Strong classroom behaviour management
  • A team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment

Pay will be dependent on experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).

The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
