Zest Education is recruiting for Sports Coaches to work in secondary schools in Staffordshire for the role of Cover Supervisor. We have several roles to start as soon as possible for the right candidate. Areas we cover include Lichfield, Tamworth, Cannock, Stafford and Burton on Trent.
Cover Supervisors carry out pre-planned lessons when teaching staff are on short term absence. As a sports coach supervisor, you will be expected to supervise KS3 and KS4 P.E lessons as well as a variety of classroom lessons. You will deliver the pre-planned lessons to the students whilst managing their behaviour and providing feedback to any relevant members of staff.
To be considered:
You will need a minimum of 20 days experience working with groups of children / young people to be considered. A Cover Supervisor can come from a range of back grounds including youth working, mentors, play group leaders, scout leaders and many others.

The minimum experience for this role is 20 days working with children or young people within the last 2 years. Recent graduates will also be considered for this role.
