Job Description

Are you an MFL Teacher looking for something new?

Zest Education is working closely with a school in Telford who are need a Modern Foreign Languages teacher to start in the new academic year. This is a full-time role until July 2024.

The school want everyone to develop to their full potential; and believe it’s their job to enable students to leave as confident, life-long learners who have a strong sense of responsibility for themselves and for others.

We are looking for an MFL teacher who is passionate about all things languages and can work well within a team environment.

The successful candidate must have:

  • A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
  • A good team ethos and the ability to work well in a team
  • The ability to be creative and make lessons enjoyable and accessible for all students.
  • A strong passion for the subject of French and Spanish and be able to teach the curriculum across KS3-KS4
  • The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management

Rates of pay will vary dependent on experience.

Newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
