Job Description

Zest Education have an amazing opportunity for a Qualified teacher. The role is within a Special Educational Needs School Situated within the north of Birmingham. Looking to begin ASAP, working on a long-term basis this role will be a pay range between £130 – £185 continuing until the end of the academic year.

This small ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rated Special school carries a brilliant ethos, making sure all their pupils have a bright future ahead of them valuing respect, inclusivity and compassion.

The ideal candidate will need to remain calm in challenging situations and must be able to conduct lessons to the best of their ability and being able to control these challenging situations on their own. You must be able to also conduct yourself in a nurturing and calm manor while also being able to tackle stressful situations while showing a strong sense of reliability.

 

The Successful Candidate must have:

Previous Experience within SEN is Essential

Qualified Teacher Status or QTLS is Essential

If no qualifications are held, relevant experience not only for SEN but also Teaching is Essential

The Role Itself:

Enforcing and implementing compassion and positive behaviour strategies

to ensure that students remain on task and receive the best possible education.
