Zest are urgently recruiting for a full time LSA to join a popular primary school in the Shirley area of Solihull, to start asap. The position will be working on a 1-1 basis with a child in the Year 3 class with additional needs.
The school itself is an established primary which promotes a love of learning and being an all-inclusive environment. The school was most recently recognised as ‘outstanding’ and is looking to recruit for staff who can uphold and maintain their same core values. The school benefits from ample on-site parking, having your own transport would be advantageous due to the schools location.
The role will require someone who is confident working on a 1-1 basis to support a child with global delay and dealing with every day school life. The child is keen to learn and is well-behaved but requires assistance within the classroom. Your role will be to engage and work closely with the child to ensure that they are achieving their full potential. You will also be assisting in general class duties to help prepare classrooms and resources whilst working as part of a team.
The position will be full time, starting asap and continuing into September 2023. The role may become permanent for the right person.
