Female PE Teacher

Zest Education is looking to recruit a female PE Teacher for a secondary school in Telford that we work closely with. The role will be full time to start in the new academic year and is ongoing for the right candidate. Due to changing room supervision, a female member of staff is required.

The school is a popular choice in Telford and has close ties with the local community. The team put the children at the heart of everything they do and provide them with a stimulating environment to thrive, including a spacious outdoor area and different rooms to help with development. Their extensive grounds provide enriching indoor and outdoor learning opportunities that are accessible to all students with differeing learning needs.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS.
• A Passion for sport and the subject of PE with exceptional knowledge across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
• Have a good team ethos and the desire to work as part of the larger PE department
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• The desire to get involved with any extracurricular PE clubs and activities as and when needed.
