Zest Education are helping an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Halesowen who are looking for a MFL faculty lead.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead an MFL Department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, taking a leading role in developing, implementing and evaluating policies and practice that contribute to school improvement.
The school are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and experienced teacher with excellent organisational skills who is passionate about teaching and learning and committed to securing the best possible outcomes for every pupil.
The MFL department are committed to fostering the highest expectations in languages and aim for all learners to develop appropriate, high levels of linguistic ability, a set of transferable skills and an international growth mindset; deep, intercultural understanding. They offer languages Spanish, French and German.
This is a full-time permanent role to start in September 2023.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
