Zest Education is working with a secondary school in Stafford who need a full-time cover supervisor to cover PE lessons. They require a female member of staff due to changing room supervision. The role is due to start in September and is ongoing.
The schools PE department is committed to providing a balanced and effective PE curriculum, coupled with a full range of extracurricular clubs. Students are encouraged to participate in a wide range of sports activities and the ideal candidate will be expected to work well within the departmental team.
The Role of a Cover Supervisor (PE)
A successful PE Cover Supervisor will be required to work in secondary school delivering high quality pre-planned PE lessons to groups of 11-18 year old pupils.
The work is pre-planned, within school and you will be expected to deliver this to the students. You will also need to manage behaviour in line with the schools policy and provide feedback to the relevant senior leaders.
