Part-time Classroom Support Assistant
Zest Education is working in close partnership with a special educational needs school located in Telford, who are looking to appoint a Classroom Support Assistant (CSA) to start November 2023 4 days per week. This position will continue a long-term basis into the new academic year.
This school caters for students from the age of five to fourteen with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH). Due to the needs of the learners, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working with special educational needs or within a care environment.
This is a large SEND school which caters for a broad range of pupils and has a growing reputation within the surrounding areas. The team here work hard to maintain a supportive and inclusive ethos across all areas of the school and put the children at the heart of what they do.
The successful candidate must be a proactive and engaging individual who has proven experience of having strong behaviour management skills and working across a range of age groups.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
