Zest Education are working closely with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Solihull to recruit a committed and passionate History Teacher. This is a fantastic long‑term opportunity, with the potential to run until the end of the academic year.

You’ll be joining a strong and well‑led Humanities department, where staff are valued and well supported. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high‑quality History lessons at KS3 and KS4.

• Full‑time History teaching position
• KS3 and KS4 curriculum

• Long‑term placement in a supportive secondary school
• Planning, marking and full teacher responsibilities required
• Opportunity to contribute to departmental development and enrichment

👩‍🏫 The School Is Looking For

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in History
• A confident, enthusiastic and committed teacher
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Someone reliable and proactive who builds positive relationships quickly
• Ability to deliver high‑quality lessons and support pupil progress
