Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting for a Classroom Support Assistant to join an Ofsted‑rated Outstanding school in Bedworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and inclusive team that is dedicated to helping every child achieve their full potential.
Starting in January 2026, this role is offered as a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, on a long‑term contract. You will be working in a Year 5 classroom, supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and SLD, to ensure they are engaged, confident, and able to access the curriculum.
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will provide both 1:1 and small group support, assist with behaviour management strategies, and encourage social and emotional development through structured activities. You will also contribute to lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and observations, while building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEND, and it is preferable if you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience are essential qualities for success in this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
