Are you a dedicated and passionate individual looking for an exciting opportunity as a 1-1 Teaching Assistant? Zest Education is currently looking for a learning support assistant to join a school in brilliant school in Stechford. The role is to start in October 2024 and will continue for a minimum of 2 terms. This role is covering sickness.

As a 1-1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a pupil in lower key stage 2 providing additional support. You will be providing them with the necessary guidance and assistance they need to thrive academically and emotionally.

Your responsibilities will include implementing personalized learning plans, delivering tailored interventions, and supporting the student in their day-to-day activities. This will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be collaborating with the classroom teacher, parents, and other professionals involved in the students’ education. You must also have a basic understanding of the KS2 curriculum and be able to adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.

The pay for this role will start at £80 a day for the right candidate

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
