Zest Education is working in partnership with a successful secondary school in the High Wycombe area, who are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for a full-time position starting September 2025. This is a permanent opportunity, paid to scale, with a salary ranging from £31,650 to £49,084 per annum, depending on experience.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 teaching for suitably experienced candidates. The school fosters an inclusive and aspirational learning environment, with a strong focus on achievement and personal development. The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

  • Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Mathematics

  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students

  • A commitment to supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal growth

  • Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting is desirable
