A Telford Secondary School are seeking a dedicated and passionate Biology Teacher to join their team starting from January 2024. This is a full-time position for one term, with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging biology lessons to students up to Key Stage 5.
– Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
– Incorporate practical lessons and experiments to enhance students’ understanding and interest in biology.
– Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress, ensuring their academic growth.
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, specializing in biology education.
– Strong subject knowledge in biology up to Key Stage 5.
– Proven experience in delivering practical lessons and experiments.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
