In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with a diverse group of children aged 3-11, providing them with the support they need to thrive in an educational setting. As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will primarily work with the class as a whole, assisting the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment.

Every day as a Classroom Support Assistant will be unique and rewarding. You will have the opportunity to draw upon your skills and experience while receiving valuable guidance and advice from our team of dedicated professionals. Your contributions will make a lasting impact on the lives of these incredible children, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must have previous experience working with children or adults with special educational needs. Your understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by these individuals will be vital in providing the necessary support and creating a nurturing learning environment.
