Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to experience working with different year groups? We have an exciting position available for a Cross Year PPA Teacher at a esteemed school located in Lichfield.
Position: Cross Year PPA Teacher
Contract: 3 days a week, from January 2024 until at least the end of the academic year

Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students across multiple year groups
– Provide cover and support during Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time for regular class teachers
– Engage students through creative and stimulating lessons, tailored to their individual needs
– Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and learning
– Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity and progression in the curriculum
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
– Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications
– Experience teaching across different year groups, preferably in a primary school setting
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
– Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with educational practices

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
