Zest Education are currently seeking a Design and Technology Teacher, with a specialism in Product Design and Resistant Materials, to join a secondary school in the Dudley area. This is a full time role due to commence in April 2025. The role is expected to run for a minimum of one term.
The secondary school is part of a Multi-Academy Trust, providing opportunities for collaboration and professional growth. The school is located in the Dudley area and offers a supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and students. With modern facilities and resources, it aims to provide an excellent education for its students.
– Delivering high-quality lessons in Design and Technology.
– Creating engaging and innovative lesson plans that cater to the needs of all students.
– Providing constructive feedback and assessing students’ work to track their progress.
– Collaborating with colleagues to develop schemes of work and share best practice.
– Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in Design and Technology education.
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree in Design and Technology or a related field.
– Specialism in Product Design and Resistant Materials.
– Experience teaching Design and Technology at the secondary level.
– Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
