Zest Education are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher of Drama to fulfil a fixed year contract for the academic year 22/23.

The school is a vibrant and diverse comprehensive school in the Erdington area. They are seeking outstanding teachers and leaders with high expectations to join their team dedicated to pursuing excellence for every child.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS
  • A great team ethos and want to be part of a strong team environment
  • A strong passion for the subject of Drama able to teach across KS3-KS4
  • The ability to plan, mark and deliver high quality lessons
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management

Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.

Rate of pay will vary dependant on experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
