Zest is working alongside multiple schools in and around the Erdington area who are looking for ECT’s to start in the new year for the rest of academic year. The schools are also open to supporting the right ECT’s through their induction years. The school are also able to offer both part time and full-time roles across all year groups.
The schools range from ‘requires improvement’ through to ‘outstanding’ and are all lovely, welcoming schools who are continually looking for staff to join their already strong teams. All staff at the schools also experience carefully structured continual professional development. Many schools are also part of different multi-academy trusts who have excellent staff retention rates due to the support network in place.
All candidates applying for this role:
- Must be willing to travel in and around the Erdington and Sutton Coldfield area.
- Hold a valid QTS.
- Must be engaging, reliable and able to build strong, professional relationships.
- Work collaboratively with other members of staff as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must also be able to consistently deliver and plan rich learning opportunities.
- Must have a good understanding of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
- Must be comfortable working across a range of different year groups.
The pay will vary from £125 to £145 a day depending on references and experience.
