Are you a passionate Early Career Teacher looking to make a difference in a supportive and thriving educational environment? A primary school in Stechford is seeking an enthusiastic ECT to join their dedicated team starting from September 2024. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching skills and contribute to the growth and success of young learners. The school are also looking to support the successful candidate through their ECT terms.
As an ECT at this esteemed school, you will have the chance to work within a nurturing community that values professional development and student progress. The school, which is part of a respected multi-academy trust, upholds a commitment to excellence and provides a conducive setting for both staff and pupils to thrive.
To be considered for this position you must have a strong work ethic and be passionate about working with children. This role will require working across KS1 so having a thorough knowledge of the key stage 1 curriculum will be required. You will be required to work with other teachers to ensure all planning and marking is completed. If choosing to travel using your own vehicle, you will have access to secure onsite parking.
Pay for this role will start from £120, depending on references and experience. The school are advising both ECT’s and experienced teachers to apply for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
