Position: Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Full-Time
Location: Primary School in Erdington
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Competitive, in line with experience
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher looking to kickstart your career in a supportive and nurturing environment? Zest education are working with a primary school in Erdington who is currently seeking a dedicated ECT to join the dynamic team.
As an ECT at the school, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your teaching skills while being fully supported by experienced educators. We embrace a collaborative approach, and our team is committed to providing a positive and enriching learning environment for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all learners
– Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
– Participate in professional development opportunities and training programs
– Contribute to the overall success and well-being of our school community
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently working towards it
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– A commitment to continuous professional growth and improvement
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
