Zest Education are searching for an English Teacher to work in a busy secondary school in the Solihull area from January 2026. This is a full-time long-term supply role with full teacher responsibilities.
The OFSTED rated ‘Good’ academy enjoys very good facilities, including the on-site Dovehouse Theatre, sports hall, good ICT facilities, Staff laptops, a bright and airy library, digital language laboratory, science labs, music and photography suites, a dance studio with adjoining Media Technology suite, large modern Food Technology facilities and recently two new English classrooms.
Students experience high quality learning opportunities every day, both within and beyond the classroom. The school are focussed on developing the whole child so that whatever their starting point, they have the very best support they need to succeed. Staff care about ensuring that young people do well, both academically and personally so that when they leave, they have become highly competent, confident young people. Within the English department, students experience a broad and enriching curriculum where creativity is valued along with confidence and mastery in language. Across the Key Stages students develop their competencies in reading, writing, speaking and learning.

Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role.
