A primary school in Oldbury is currently seeking a full-time PPA teacher to join their team. The role is to start in April 2025 and will continue on a long-term basis.
As a PPA teacher at this one form entry school, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to children aged 2 to 11, with a special focus on pupils with autism. The school prides itself on fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
To excel in this role, you must hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a deep understanding of the curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach towards teaching and be committed to promoting positive behaviour among students. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a better work-life balance and no planning will be required.
The pay for this role will start from £130 depending on references and experience. The school are advising ECT’s and experienced teachers to apply for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
