Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in their education? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time Teaching Assistant at a school in the Moseley area starting in January 2025.

As a Teaching Assistant for our Year 1 class, you will play a key role in providing 1-1 support and assisting the whole class with their learning. You will work closely with small groups, offer support in core subjects, and provide individualised assistance to children with additional needs. Collaborating with the class teacher, you will help plan and prepare resources while contributing to a positive and engaging classroom environment.

The ideal candidate for this position is a dedicated, compassionate, and hard-working individual who can establish strong professional relationships with students and staff alike. We are looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, and ready to immerse themselves in the role from day one.
