Zest Education is currently partnering with a charming school in Kingswinford, who are actively seeking a dedicated Year 5 Teacher to become a valuable addition to their team starting in January 2025. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work Monday to Friday in a delightful Year 5 classroom setting.
In the heart of Kingswinford lies a wonderful primary school that stands as a beacon of educational excellence in the community. This school not only provides top-notch academic instruction but also fosters a nurturing environment where students can thrive and grow. The dedicated staff members go above and beyond to ensure that each child receives the support and guidance they need to reach their full potential.
To be successful in this position you must:
– Hold a valid teaching qualification (QTS Status)
– Previous experience working with primary school children
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
Responsibilities for Teaching Work:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons to inspire and educate students
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
– Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
– Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student development
The school are open to applications from both Early career teachers and experienced teachers.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
