We are working in partnership with a high-performing secondary school to recruit a talented Geography Teacher to join their department from September 2025.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering Inner London pay. The successful candidate will be joining a forward-thinking and supportive team, committed to delivering an engaging and inclusive curriculum that inspires a love of geography in every student.

Our client will also consider applicants seeking 0.8 (4 days per week).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential)

  • Contributing to curriculum development and departmental planning

  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress and high achievement

  • Participating in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school trips

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be completing their training in time for a September start

  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Geography

  • Have the ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities

  • Be a reflective practitioner with a commitment to continuous professional development
