Are you a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Our warm and welcoming SEN school in Rugeley is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join us immediately after the Easter break.

About the Role

As our new HLTA, you will:

  • Support teaching and learning across the school

  • Plan and lead small group interventions

  • Deliver lessons in the absence of class teachers

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff

  • Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment

  • Support pupils with ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD or other additional needs

  • HLTA status (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working in an SEN or mainstream school

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
