Job Description

🧑‍🏫Humanities Teacher – Telford and Surrounding areas 

History • Geography • RE | KS3 & KS4

Zest Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Telford that is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Humanities Teacher to join them on a flexible basis.

The successful candidate will be confident delivering engaging lessons across History, Geography and RE at KS3 and KS4, and able to step into the classroom with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering high‑quality Humanities lessons to KS3 and KS4
  • Keeping pupils engaged and on track with their learning
  • Following school policies and routines
  • Building positive relationships with students and staff
  • Maintaining excellent behaviour management and classroom presence

We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge as an Humanities teacher
  • A confident, adaptable approach to different classroom environments
  • Great behaviour management skills
  • Someone reliable, positive, and ready to hit the ground running
