Part-Time Primary Intervention Teacher – Selly Oak Area

This position involves delivering targeted support and interventions every Monday and Wednesday, working closely with a committed senior leadership team. You’ll have access to fantastic indoor and outdoor learning spaces, creating an inspiring environment for both teaching and learning.
About the Role
As an Intervention Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping pupils reach their full potential. Your day will focus on delivering small-group and one-to-one sessions to support children who need additional help in core subjects such as English and Maths. You’ll assess learning gaps, plan tailored activities, and track progress to ensure every child feels confident and supported. Collaboration with class teachers and the SEN team will be key to creating a consistent and positive learning experience.
