Zest are working with a challenging primary school in Alum Rock who are looking for an Intervention Teacher to join their team in the new academic year. The role is to start in October 2024 and will continue for a term with the potential to extend.
The role will involve providing pre planned intervention sessions to pupils in KS2. Having experience with preparation for SAT’s is preferable but not a necessity. You will also be required to attend occasional staff meetings. Planning may need to be adjusted slightly to meet the needs of the children.

The school are highly advising both ECT’s and experienced teachers to apply for this role.
Pay will start from £120 a day.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
