Are you a highly skilled and passionate intervention teacher? Do you have a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a lovely primary school as an intervention teacher based in the Uttoxeter area.
As an intervention teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who require additional assistance in their academic journey. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in helping these students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities:
– Design and implement tailored intervention programs for students with specific learning needs
– Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, addressing their individual learning gaps
– Collaborate with classroom teachers and other professionals to develop effective strategies and interventions
– Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
– Track and record student data to measure the impact of interventions
Qualifications and skills:
– Valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Proven experience as an intervention teacher or similar role
– In-depth understanding of different intervention strategies and techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
