Are you passionate about teaching children and making a positive impact on their education? Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a busy four entry school in the Erdington area. This exciting part-time position will commence as soon as possible.

The busy school are looking for someone to join their already strong team to help provide an exciting and engaging curriculum to all at the school. If appointed for this role, you will have access to the schools onsite secure car park.

As a KS1 teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. We welcome both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers to apply for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for reception children

– Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and assessments

– Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

– Monitor and track each child’s progress and provide feedback accordingly

– Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and inclusive educational experience for all students

Requirements:

– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

– Experience working within KS1

– Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs

– A dynamic and creative approach to teaching
