Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive school environment? Zest Education is seeking a highly motivated KS2 Full Time ECT to join a reputable school in Burton on Trent starting October 2024.
The school we are working with is committed to providing high-quality education and ensuring the success of their students. As a KS2 ECT, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting student development, and fostering a positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
– Delivering high-quality lessons to KS2 students in line with the school’s curriculum
– Providing effective support and guidance to students, ensuring their progress and attainment
– Establishing positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
– Collaborating with team members to develop schemes of work and contribute to curriculum planning
– Monitoring and assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing strategies for improvement
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience or training in teaching KS2 students
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to inspire and motivate students
– Commitment to continuous professional development

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
