Zest Education is currently seeking an experienced KS2 teacher to join a popular four form entry primary school in Handsworth on a full-time basis from February 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a supportive and dynamic teaching team that is committed to providing high-quality education.
As a KS2 teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal development of Year 1 students. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive learning environment, and encouraging active participation from students. You will be required to work from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, five days a week, ensuring that each student receives the attention and support they need.
While the primary focus of this role is teaching, a small amount of planning will be required to deliver well-structured lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students. Collaboration with fellow teachers and the school leadership team is encouraged, fostering a sense of teamwork and innovation.
The pay for this role will start from £140 per day. Additionally, ongoing professional development opportunities will be provided to support your growth as an educator.
To be considered for this position, you should hold a valid QTS and have a proven track record of successful KS2 teaching. Excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for education are essential qualities for this role.
