Are you a passionate and dedicated KS2 teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Zest Education is currently seeking an experienced KS2 teacher to join a popular four form entry primary school in Handsworth on a full-time basis from February 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a supportive and dynamic teaching team that is committed to providing high-quality education.

As a KS2 teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal development of Year 1 students. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive learning environment, and encouraging active participation from students. You will be required to work from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, five days a week, ensuring that each student receives the attention and support they need.

While the primary focus of this role is teaching, a small amount of planning will be required to deliver well-structured lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students. Collaboration with fellow teachers and the school leadership team is encouraged, fostering a sense of teamwork and innovation.

The pay for this role will start from £140 per day. Additionally, ongoing professional development opportunities will be provided to support your growth as an educator.

To be considered for this position, you should hold a valid QTS and have a proven track record of successful KS2 teaching. Excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for education are essential qualities for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
