A school in Kingshurst, Birmingham have asked Zest to find an engaging and passionate teaching assistant to work across KS2 from January 2024. This role is a part time role, and the successful candidate must be available to work 4 days each week. The school are in a position to be able to be flexible with working days.
The school is a two-form entry and is delighted to have a purpose-built building where they offer a range of excellent interactive resources across the school. All staff at the school work together to create a school community where they provide an inclusive and rich curriculum within the perfect learning environment.
All candidates applying for this role must be able to support the class teacher to deliver activities to all pupils across KS2. You must also be able to contribute to the management of pupil behaviour by helping the class teacher to implement different behaviour strategies. Having a basic knowledge of numeracy and literacy will also be required for this role.
All applicants must be NVQ level 2 qualified (or above) in a relevant subject or have a minimum of 3 months experience within the last 5 years.
The pay for this role will start from £75 a day, dependent on the candidates references and experience.
