Zest Education is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a reputable primary school in Burton on Trent. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of Key Stage 2 students.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons, ensuring that all students are engaged and supported in their learning.
– Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance.
– Assist with classroom management, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
– Prepare and organize teaching materials, resources, and displays.
– Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians.

Requirements:
– Level 2 qualifications in a relevant field such as Teaching Assistant, Childcare, or Education.
– Previous experience working with Primary School children, specifically in Key Stage 2.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, during term time only.
