Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs? Zest Education is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Lichfield.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of pupils with autism, complex learning disabilities, and additional communication or sensory needs.

✅ About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students aged 5–19 with autism, communication difficulties, and sensory needs
• Help manage and de‑escalate challenging behaviours
• Adapt your communication style to meet individual learning needs
• Promote independence, emotional regulation, and academic progress
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised support

• Have experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (SEN)
• Are patient, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure
• Can build positive relationships with pupils who have complex needs
• Are passionate about helping vulnerable young people reach their potential
