Learning Support Assistant – SEN School in Lichfield

Full-time and Part-time Roles Available

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs? Zest Education is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Lichfield.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of pupils with autism, complex learning disabilities, and additional communication or sensory needs.


About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support students aged 5–19 with autism, communication difficulties, and sensory needs
  • Help manage and de‑escalate challenging behaviours
  • Adapt your communication style to meet individual learning needs
  • Promote independence, emotional regulation, and academic progress
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised support
