Zest is currently recruiting on behalf of a school in Loughborough for a Full Time Learning Support Assistant. We are seeking an outstanding candidate who aligns with the school values and is experienced in working within a special educational needs background.
Responsibilities:
– Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs
– Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development
Requirements:
– Prior experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a special educational needs setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students with additional needs
– Relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
