Candidate Requirements
Previous experience working with children Level 2 or Level 3 TA/LSA qualification preferred (but not essential) Confident supporting pupils across different year groups Strong communication and teamwork skills A patient, proactive and enthusiastic approach Understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Role Responsibilities
Supporting pupils during lessons and daily routines Assisting the class teacher with learning activities Providing 1:1 and small‑group support where needed Helping pupils stay engaged, confident and ready to learn Contributing to a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
